TCEQ's governmental, non-contributory official published Complaints API records complaints by tracking number and regulated entity, identifies complainant-provided allegations, and publishes received and incident dates, raw incident status and dated status, programme and environmental medium, regulator comments/actions, investigation number/status/date, and NOV/NOE notice type. It is standing Primary evidence for the TCEQ-recorded complaint lifecycle about unrelated regulated entities, conditional on a documented exact organisation–facility relationship and preservation of allegation-versus-regulator-outcome semantics. RN and regulated-entity name identify the regulator's site-level entity but do not independently prove corporate ownership or operation.

For a TCEQ regulated entity demonstrably associated with the focal organisation, the governmental, non-contributory public Complaints API publishes complaint investigation number, investigation status and dated status, regulator incident action/comment, and notice_type defined as Notice of Violation (NOV) or Notice of Enforcement (NOE). These regulator fields provide useful evidence of complaint-triggered investigation and issued violation or enforcement notices. Assert an inspection, finding, or violation only when a corresponding regulator field establishes it; complaint allegations alone do not qualify, and the Source does not expose the underlying investigation report, violated requirement, severity, corrective action, or complete inspection universe.
