Sources that carry it
6 sourcesEPA "Cleanups in My Community" (CIMC) national Sites FeatureServer — spans Superfund/NPL, RCRA Corrective Action, Brownfields, Federal Facilities, and OSC removals with per-program institutional/engineering-control indicators. Multi-attribute source: US_INST_CONTROL (Integration 190) and US_ENG_CONTROLS (Integration 189). Distinct from state-level INST_CONTROL sources (e.g. ny_dec__institutional_controls) — this is the national counterpart, no overlap. Composite PK (REGISTRY_ID, SF_SITE_ID, RCRA_HANDLER_ID, BF_PROPERTY_ID, EPAOSC_SITE_ID). Caveat: SF_IC_IND uses an undocumented numeric code domain (1/2/3/4), no published legend found; non-blank treated as "IC tracked" as the most defensible fallback, could overcount ds_US_INST_CONTROL by up to ~516 rows — see .md for detail.
TCEQ Complaints — the named Texas Open Data (Socrata) dataset tdzs-qqjn (complaints received by TCEQ, tracked in the Consolidated Compliance and Enforcement Data System / CCEDS, keyed by complaint tracking number incid_track_num). 241,322 rows, full history. No street/city/state/ZIP/lat/lon fields exist in this dataset (only county and TCEQ region); ds_ address/location columns are all 0% fill, accepted by the developer since the COMPLAINTS attribute doesn't require location. ds_COMPLAINTS = true for every row.
TCEQ Emergency Response Spills — the named Texas Open Data (Socrata) dataset xagr-a3x2 (spill notifications to the TCEQ Emergency Response Division, keyed by incident tracking number). 46,043 incidents, one row each. conform.py: ds_street from deliv_txt(+deliv_2_txt) with a phys_loc_desc_txt fallback, ds_city from near_city_name, ds_state constant 'TX', ds_zip from loc_zip_txt; ds_lat/lon from lat_dec_coord_num/long_dec_coord_num. Same reachable Socrata portal as tx_tceq__operating_dry_cleaner_registrations.
Illinois EPA Office of Emergency Response incident tracker layer, including incident type and status, released material and amount, location, responsible party, responders, dates, and response actions.
Reported North Carolina sanitary sewer overflow and bypass incidents, with incident timing, location, released volume, receiving-water impact, cause, and resolution.
Connecticut reports of environmental releases received by CT DEEP from January 1996 through June 2022, with incident timing, location, responsible party, substance, quantity, affected media, cause, and response details where reported.
