Questions this answers
3 · best fit firstThe public NCBP point layer is queryable statewide by address or coordinates and returns Brownfields project identifiers and names, thereby establishing that a named parcel or nearby site is tracked in the North Carolina Brownfields Program.
For each identified NCBP project, the public layer returns a raw programme status and Status_Date. These fields support dated lifecycle status but do not supply contaminant or affected-medium detail.
The public project layer identifies projects with a LURU_Link, reports status 'Recorded' with Status_Date, and links a project-specific LURU document. It supports recorded LURU presence, recorded date, and document retrieval, but does not separately encode lifted or termination status.
Fields it delivers
6 fieldsThe first-party product page or publisher-controlled item metadata identifies a North Carolina statewide program dataset; program-population limits do not imply every location has a record.
The cited first-party dataset, API, download, or public query page provides direct standing access without an account purchase, subscription, or checkout. The access page and available publisher metadata were checked for monetary prerequisites and state none; this cost finding does not assert open reuse rights.
