Year built

Sources that carry it
11 sourcesLicensed online and batch replacement-cost valuation product for buyer-selected residential structures. It emits a building-specific estimated reconstruction/replacement cost based on current localized materials and labor and can return associated property characteristics and estimate/report pins. The estimate is monetary, with larger values meaning greater estimated rebuild cost; it is not market value. Current public evidence does not establish explicit code-upgrade or debris inclusion/exclusion semantics.
Standing U.S. commercial subscription to coordinated ISO actuarial circulars for up to 15 personal and commercial P&C lines. Licensed insurer customers receive aggregate industry analyses covering claim frequency and average claim cost/severity, paid and incurred experience, claim and occurrence counts, exposures, loss development, limits, classes, coverages, territories, causes of loss, catastrophes, and expenses. The current schedule supplies line-specific release and data-period context and directs customers to full-circular PDF and Word/Excel downloads in ISOnet. Fast Track reports are ASDI circular components, not a separate Source. Outputs are aggregate benchmarks, not carrier-specific records; optional customized reports and consulting are excluded.
Contract-authorized real-time and batch matching across person, household, place, residency, and entity document types; returned attributes depend on the buyer bundle.
Subscription-based integrated commercial-real-estate intelligence platform. This bounded catalogue proposal covers its Property Records and Tenants database surfaces: commercial properties and buildings, tenant companies and locations, occupancy/space-use attributes, portfolio footprints, and related inventory. It excludes brokerage engagements, customer CRM, lease-administration workflow, forecasts, and independently sold analytics.
Licensed residential Cost Engine for mainstreet, high-value, manufactured/mobile, kit/log, condo, and co-op structures. The e2Value model emits full/functional replacement cost and optional actual cash value from building characteristics; it is not an appraisal or contractor quote.
Commercial US property lookup returning parcel, ownership, transaction, location, and building-characteristic data by address or property identifier.
Standing credentialed U.S. commercial-property report product within ProMetrix. A buyer can retrieve reports for selected properties through the ProMetrix portal or named core/workbench integrations. Building Underwriting, Property Details, and Building Fundamentals are report variants of this one product, not separate Sources. Outputs combine Verisk field/virtual surveys, models, public records, and partner data; static observations do not establish present operability.
One branded residential/commercial product. A licensed user supplies an address; third-party data populates characteristics and Pronto returns an immediate localized replacement-cost report, imagery, data scores, and provenance markers. Residential and commercial are documented modes, not separate contracts.
Commercial US Property API profile combining assessor, building, owner, sale, mortgage, foreclosure, and valuation attributes for a buyer-selected address.
Commercial U.S. parcel API/licensed file product covering 160M+ parcels. Current schema documents stable keys, API-queryable owner, owner classification, previous owner, mailing address, assessor values, last sale, and ownership transfer. No owner-level portfolio count or aggregate property value is documented.
Official standalone inventory of San Francisco tall buildings, focused on attributes relevant to earthquake performance and post-earthquake recovery. It is building/address/representative-parcel pointable and emits structural material/system/type, known seismic-retrofit year, permit-document stamp years, completion year, design-code year, site/foundation information, collection date and primary source. The dataset description says that as of October 1, 2018 it contains the complete 156 buildings taller than 240 feet plus 24 buildings over 160 feet. It is not a mandatory-retrofit compliance register: retrofit_date means a known retrofit year, permit_date fields are document date-stamp years, and completion_date may come from a CFC or Emporis. None proves present resistance or current code compliance.
