Use this history for an organisation only when an exact facility or permit identifier and a documented organisation-facility relationship establish attribution.
EPA's public ECHO CWA Facility Search REST service accepts arbitrary facility names, addresses, FRS registry identifiers and NPDES permit identifiers. Its documented response reports facility and registry identity, SourceID, permit name and type, issuing agency, permit status, issue, effective, expiration and termination dates, current compliance status, significant-noncompliance status and 13-quarter compliance history. Attribute the result to an organisation only where an exact returned identifier and documented organisation-facility relationship establish the association; facility-name similarity alone is insufficient.
