For a CASE_ID-selected California crash, TIMS records roadway surface, first and second roadway-condition codes including construction or repair zone, intersection status, traffic-control-device presence and condition, lighting, two weather conditions, named roads, and geocoded location. These are primary police-recorded roadway and environmental facts; deprecated road-type fields and absent ordered sequence are not used to infer unsupported detail. This is strong occurrence, first-event, manner, and involved-unit evidence, but TIMS does not provide an ordered multi-event sequence and manoeuvre must not be treated as one.
