NYSDEC 'Bulk Storage Facilities in New York State' open-data dataset (Socrata pteg-c78n) — a tank-level registry spanning Petroleum (PBS), Chemical (CBS), and Major Oil Storage (MOSF) programs — filtered to aboveground tanks (tank_location begins 'Aboveground') that are In Service. 60,760 registered aboveground tanks across 29,953 facilities. Tank grain (one row per tank); coordinates from the georeference WGS84 point. Single-attribute source (ds_AST always true).

NYSDEC 'Bulk Storage Facilities in New York State' open-data dataset (Socrata pteg-c78n), filtered to closed/historical aboveground petroleum storage tanks (tank_status in 'Closed - Removed', 'Closed - In Place', 'Closed Prior to 03/1991'; program_type='PBS' to exclude Chemical Bulk Storage contamination -- 5,999 CBS rows found in a live pre-filter check; tank_location starting 'Aboveground', matching the current-AST sibling's discriminator). Tank-level grain (one row per tank); 43,732 rows after deduplicating 18 genuine upstream duplicate keys on the program_number+tank_number composite. Sibling to the Verified ny_dec__bulk_storage_aboveground_tanks (current AST) source and the Sourced ny_dec__bulk_storage_underground_tanks_historical (HIST_UST) source -- same dataset, complementary tank_status/tank_location filters. Single-attribute source (ds_HIST_AST always true).

NY DEC's Bulk Storage Facilities dataset (Socrata pteg-c78n), filtered to In Service tanks with an underground tank_location (including the literal 10%-below-grade regulatory threshold). Sibling to the Verified ny_dec__bulk_storage_aboveground_tanks source (same dataset, complementary tank_location filter). 20,690 rows — below the predicted band (24,000-56,000) but consistent with the AST sibling's real ~75/25 AST/UST split vs. the Tier-C prediction's assumed 50/50 split.

NY DEC's Bulk Storage Facilities dataset (Socrata pteg-c78n), filtered to closed/historical tanks (tank_status in 'Closed - Removed', 'Closed - In Place', 'Closed Prior to 03/1991') with an underground tank_location (including the literal 10%-below-grade regulatory threshold), restricted to program_type='PBS' (petroleum) — a live check found 593 Chemical Bulk Storage (CBS) rows in the unfiltered underground+closed slice that had to be excluded to match the Customer's petroleum-storage-capacity scope. Sibling to the Verified ny_dec__bulk_storage_underground_tanks source: same dataset and tank_location discriminator, complementary tank_status filter (In Service vs. closed/historical). 103,300 rows after deduplicating 6 genuine upstream duplicate rows on the program_number+tank_number composite key.

Oregon OSFM Community Right-to-Know hazardous-substance reports filtered by OSFM to Storage Container = "Above ground tank" and released under public-records request PRR4042. The delivered XLSX contains 6,643 report-by-chemical rows; the verified integration rolls these up by Facility ID to 3,549 active, latest-report facility locations statewide, with address and OSFM-provided coordinates.

Florida DEP STCM "Leaking Aboveground Storage Tank Site Locations" report — the authoritative, purpose-built dataset for facilities with an aboveground tank and a recorded discharge. Fetched per-county across all 67 counties (POST cid+query_cid, same session-cookie pattern as the sibling fl_dep__regulated_ast/fl_dep__regulated_ust reports) and aggregated from 6,518 tank-substance-component rows to 1,473 distinct facilities by FAC_ID. Latitude/Longitude are published directly on the report in unsigned DMS format and converted to decimal degrees by fetch.py (no ArcGIS join needed). FDEP's own PLACEMENT column splits every facility into "AST Only" or "AST UST" (also has an underground tank) since STCM cannot attribute a discharge to a specific tank — both values qualify for ds_LAST=true. Single-attribute source: LAST.

NYSDEC Bulk Storage Facilities dataset (pteg-c78n), filtered to program_type='PBS'. Full unfiltered tank inventory, all statuses, all locations. One row per registered tank (or per facility when no discrete tank is registered). Deliberately independent of the 4 already-Verified ny_dec sources built on the same dataset (bulk_storage_aboveground_tanks, ..._aboveground_tanks_historical, ..._underground_storage_tanks, ..._underground_storage_tanks_historical) — those cover ~228,516 of ~254,502 PBS rows via status/location filters; this Source accepts the overlap rather than reopening Customer-signed-off deliverables. Pattern for TANKS going forward: full inventory, independent of any AST/UST split per locale.
