Building footprint area
The observed, reported, measured, or estimated building footprint area for a parcel or premises, on the basis and date stated by the source.
Sources that carry it
4 sourcesDistinct transaction-priced roof-condition assessment product for a buyer-selected land parcel, delivered as CSV, JSON, or PDF through an API and also surfaced in Betterview and MapBrowser. Current product copy identifies materials, shapes, rusting, staining, ponding, repairs, missing tiles, affected-roof percentage, confidence, and visual references. No exact public flat output schema was found, so this Source intentionally has zero Features; similarly named Nearmap AI Rollup fields remain owned by `nearmap/nearmap-ai`.
Official standalone inventory of San Francisco tall buildings, focused on attributes relevant to earthquake performance and post-earthquake recovery. It is building/address/representative-parcel pointable and emits structural material/system/type, known seismic-retrofit year, permit-document stamp years, completion year, design-code year, site/foundation information, collection date and primary source. The dataset description says that as of October 1, 2018 it contains the complete 156 buildings taller than 240 feet plus 24 buildings over 160 feet. It is not a mandatory-retrofit compliance register: retrofit_date means a known retrofit year, permit_date fields are document date-stamp years, and completion_date may come from a CFC or Emporis. None proves present resistance or current code compliance.
Commercial, non-contributory Elements product providing precomputed structured property- and building-level attributes derived from Vexcel aerial imagery. Current official material documents more than 40 marketed attribute families and a much broader public API schema, with each result tied to source imagery, exact location, imagery date, collection/image metadata, and machine-learning model version. Coverage is the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. Delivery includes authenticated Property and Structure REST APIs, licensed data files, property PDF reports, partner sites, and Vexcel Platform surfaces. Property, Structure, report, file, Viewer, and partner delivery are one contracted Source, not separate Sources. Roadways, Custom Elements, raw imagery, and Damage Assessment are excluded.
Commercial, non-contributory Elements product that automatically analyzes post-disaster Gray Sky imagery and returns event-scoped, property/building-attributed damage records together with available pre-catastrophe attributes. The separate Damage API offers coverage, event, extract, tile, count, and PDF-report services; official documentation says assessments are generally generated within 24 hours after Gray Sky imagery publication. Exact outputs include post-catastrophe collection/event, capture date, image id, camera technology, GSD, orientation source, model version, roof debris/missing-material/structural-damage/tarp percentages, solar-panel and water-heater damage detections, and approximate FEMA classification. Availability is limited to properties inside qualifying post-disaster Gray Sky collections; it is not a causation opinion or a claim-specific commissioned report.
