Survey capture date, perspective, and system version pin the observation method and model version. Parcel-mode output over multiple buildings is not treated as disambiguated building evidence.

Property/Structure extracts identify the structure and emit roof-condition and roof-defect detections/areas/shares for debris, discoloration, missing material, patching, rust, structural damage, tarp, and related observations with capture, GSD, and model version. Undefined score scales are excluded.

For an address- or AOI-selected Building Lifecycle feature in a dated post-cat survey, Damage Classifications AI returns documented roof-related findings including structurally damaged roof, temporary roof repairs, missing tile or shingle, exposed underlayment, and exposed roof deck. The response and query pin survey date/resource, building footprint, vertical observation, system version, damage model version, per-building confidence, and the proportion of the footprint exceeding the documented 50% detection-confidence threshold. This is strong catastrophe-specific roof-condition evidence, not a complete routine roof inspection.
