QuestionPrimary fit
Organisation hazardous-waste handler and generator classification

EPA's standing national RCRAInfo download includes RCRA_FACILITIES.csv. EPA defines ID_NUMBER as the unique identifier assigned to each RCRA site and FACILITY_NAME as the official or legal name of the handler, and the file also supplies physical address and coordinates. FED_WASTE_GENERATOR reports LQG, SQG, conditionally exempt or very small quantity generator, not-a-generator, or unverified status; HREPORT_UNIVERSE_RECORD identifies legacy or operating TSDF, LQG, SQG, VSQG, and transporter universes; ACTIVE_SITE and OPERATING_TSDF provide separately bounded activity and operating-TSDF indicators. For a focal organisation resolved to the official or legal handler at that RCRA site, these raw fields directly answer its hazardous-waste regulatory classification. Preserve the archive retrieval date, raw values, state-category differences, and EPA's warning that ACTIVE_SITE has no legal significance; do not infer ownership or enterprise completeness.

QuestionSupporting fit
Neighboring hazardous-facility profile

EPA's national RCRA facility file identifies hazardous-waste handler sites by RCRA site ID, official or legal handler name, physical address, latitude and longitude where available, and raw generator or TSDF classification. Resolving those published site locations against a focal parcel and computing a stated distance provides Useful evidence for the existing leaf's officially reported hazardous-facility component. Pin the result to retrieval time and the stated geocoding and distance method. This does not answer the leaf's regulated-substance, quantity or threshold, covered-process, or emergency-programme facets and does not establish a release, contamination, compliance failure, ownership, or control effectiveness.
