Annual and quarterly tables directly publish current-dollar levels, 2017-reference chain-type quantity and price indexes, real chained-dollar levels, changes, contributions, components and shares. Quarterly level/index tables identify seasonally adjusted annual rates. Current release metadata pins period and retrieved publication surface, not immutable row-level vintage.
Public U.S. national Fixed Assets Accounts delivered through the registered BEA FixedAssets API, anonymous interactive tables, and anonymous TXT/XLSX/ZIP downloads. It publishes annual investment, net stock, depreciation, average age, and related measures by industry, asset type, sector, and legal form, including current-cost, historical-cost, Fisher quantity-index, and real chained-dollar presentations. Industry outputs are U.S.-national only. On 2026-08-27 the live industry table was last revised 2025-09-26 and covered through 2024.
