2 sourcesCommercial address-level wildfire susceptibility and mitigation analytics for insurer-selected properties. FireLine evaluates vegetative fuel, terrain/slope, road access, wind, structure hardening, defensible space, and community mitigation, and returns a property wildfire risk score/classification plus related hazard-zone insights. Verisk's January 2025 material says the platform covers 14 of the most wildfire-prone U.S. states following its Tennessee launch and receives quarterly and annual model updates; the current product page still says 13 states, so the exact current state list must be confirmed in licensed documentation. FireLine scores are ordinal loss-potential/susceptibility outputs, not publicly documented occurrence probabilities, flame intensity, or loss estimates.
The 2024 WRC 2.0 / 2nd Edition all-lands release (RDS-2020-0016-2): eight 30-m modeled wildfire likelihood, intensity, exposure, consequence, risk, and hazard rasters distributed as state/DC and CONUS GeoTIFF downloads, with a companion percentile-threshold workbook. It supersedes WRC's first edition and is distinct from the populated-areas and Community Wildfire Risk Reduction Zones companion publications.
