5 sourcesCDPHE Water Quality Control Division spreadsheet of Colorado Discharge Permit System permits and certifications, organized by sector and including permit, facility, receiving-water, outfall, and status details.
Active Indiana NPDES-permitted wastewater discharge facilities, including permit terms and receiving waters.
Facility-grain rows from Georgia EPD’s wastewater facilities and discharge-sites layer, scoped to individually issued NPDES permits.
WVDEP's statewide All Permits ArcGIS registry as used for NPDES wastewater-discharge permits, filtered by the verified integration to Industrial and Sewage permit types. It includes active and historical records, facility and responsible-party identity, permit dates and status, coordinates, flow and receiving-stream context.
NPDES permittees with PFAS discharge monitoring or effluent limits, sourced from EPA's PFAS Analytic Tools 'Discharge Monitoring Reports' layer (ArcGIS FeatureServer layer 15, PAT_Discharge_Monitoring_Reports), itself built from ICIS-NPDES DMR data already restricted upstream to PFAS-family parameters. The raw layer is 96,155 monitoring-event rows (facility x outfall x PFAS parameter x year); fetch.py aggregates client-side to one row per unique NPDES_Permit_Number (1,110 permittees), rolling up distinct parameters monitored, whether any parameter carries an effluent limit, most recent monitoring year, and outfall count. No street address or ZIP is published by this dataset; location is carried by lat/lon (99.91% fill).
