Foundation type
The observed, reported, measured, or estimated foundation type for a building, on the basis and date stated by the source.
Sources that carry it
4 sourcesLicensed online and batch replacement-cost valuation product for buyer-selected residential structures. It emits a building-specific estimated reconstruction/replacement cost based on current localized materials and labor and can return associated property characteristics and estimate/report pins. The estimate is monetary, with larger values meaning greater estimated rebuild cost; it is not market value. Current public evidence does not establish explicit code-upgrade or debris inclusion/exclusion semantics.
Standing credentialed U.S. commercial-property report product within ProMetrix. A buyer can retrieve reports for selected properties through the ProMetrix portal or named core/workbench integrations. Building Underwriting, Property Details, and Building Fundamentals are report variants of this one product, not separate Sources. Outputs combine Verisk field/virtual surveys, models, public records, and partner data; static observations do not establish present operability.
One branded residential/commercial product. A licensed user supplies an address; third-party data populates characteristics and Pronto returns an immediate localized replacement-cost report, imagery, data scores, and provenance markers. Residential and commercial are documented modes, not separate contracts.
Official standalone inventory of San Francisco tall buildings, focused on attributes relevant to earthquake performance and post-earthquake recovery. It is building/address/representative-parcel pointable and emits structural material/system/type, known seismic-retrofit year, permit-document stamp years, completion year, design-code year, site/foundation information, collection date and primary source. The dataset description says that as of October 1, 2018 it contains the complete 156 buildings taller than 240 feet plus 24 buildings over 160 feet. It is not a mandatory-retrofit compliance register: retrofit_date means a known retrofit year, permit_date fields are document date-stamp years, and completion_date may come from a CFC or Emporis. None proves present resistance or current code compliance.
