3 sourcesPennsylvania DEP's public Hazardous Site Response Actions List is an annually refreshed SSRS CSV report derived from eFACTS and covering hazardous-site response work since 1988. The integrated product filters the report to HSCA initiations and emits 1,554 response-action × environmental-medium × substance rows across about 489 sites. It preserves facility identity, owner/operator, address, coordinates, Pennsylvania Priority List dates, response actions, media, and contaminant columns, while prepending normalized location fields and an HSCA indicator.
