Industry environmental-compliance and release benchmarks
How frequently do comparable facilities undergo environmental inspections, receive violations or enforcement, incur penalties, or report releases?
The data that answers it
Ranked by fit · best firstECHO supplies public facility rows keyed by FRS/ECHO identity, geography, NAICS/SIC, and environmental programme, with inspection/evaluation counts and dates, compliance histories, violation and serious-violator flags, enforcement counts and dates, and penalty amounts. Deduplicating on facility identity and grouping by area, industry, programme, and documented three- or five-year windows supports denominator-pinned cohort frequencies for the non-release components; retain retrieval date and refresh cadence. ECHO excludes TRI release quantities and absence does not prove compliance.
TRI Basic annual public CSVs provide reporting year, TRI and FRS facility identifiers, geography, NAICS/SIC, chemical identifiers, units, on-site releases by medium, off-site release totals, transfers, and waste-management quantities. Grouping distinct reporting facilities and forms by area, industry, year, chemical, and medium supports release-reporting and quantity benchmarks within the threshold-limited TRI universe; retain file edition and retrieval date.
